Data and purposes

Browsing may involve technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, page requests, access dates and times and security logs. These data support website operation, availability and protection against abuse.

When you email City Due, your email address, name and information in the message are processed to respond and manage any subsequent precontractual or contractual relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary information.

Legal bases and provision of data

Requests relating to a possible contract are processed to take precontractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other enquiries and website security rely on the legitimate interests of responding and protecting services (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to an assessment of your rights. Applicable legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Providing contact data is voluntary; without the necessary information we may be unable to respond.

Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by authorised City Due staff and hosting, email and technical support providers, within their respective roles and under the arrangements required by applicable law. The website and email services are provided through Aruba. Information is not intended for public disclosure.

Retention

Commercial enquiries closed without orders or contracts are retained for 12 months after closure, unless further documented needs justify longer retention. Communications relating to contracts, legal obligations or the protection of rights follow the relevant retention needs and periods. Technical data are retained for a period proportionate to operation and security purposes.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Cookies and preferences

The website uses necessary cookies and browser storage for operation and to remember privacy preferences. Google Analytics 4 loads only after consent to statistics (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing. WooCommerce order attribution tracking is disabled.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and interactions, using browser identifiers, technical information and traffic sources. We do not use these data for advertising purposes. Optional account data sharing with other Google services is disabled.

Google services in the European area are provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve processing by Google LLC in the United States. Google states that Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and provides applicable international transfer safeguards. Analytics user and event data retention is set to 2 months, without resetting the period on new activity. This setting does not determine the lifetime of aggregate reports or browser cookies.

Configured technologies

This list describes configured technologies; those actually present depend on your choices and the features used. The cmplz_marketing and cmplz_statistics cookies remember your choice and do not themselves perform advertising or analytics. This showcase website does not currently offer online purchases.

For authenticated users, WordPress also uses authentication cookies (wordpress_logged_in_* and related cookies), whose duration depends on the session and the “Remember Me” option, and may store persistent browser preferences (WP_PREFERENCES_USER_*), removable through browser settings. Extendify and WooCommerce administration features may use necessary session storage, such as extendify-* and storeApiNonce. These technologies are distinct from visitor analytics cookies.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Open “Cookie / Preferences” on this website at any time to accept, reject or change analytics preferences. You can also delete cookies in your browser. After withdrawal, reload the page to stop scripts already loaded; data lawfully collected before withdrawal are not automatically erased.
